Morticia & Gomez Treehouse. Hot tub. Riverfront.

Tree house was great. My wife and I loved the decor and the theme was awesome.

I stay here at the Morticia and Gomez treehouse at River Place might be one of the best vacations I’ve ever had. It was so beautiful and relaxing, the decor and theme were beautiful and she definitely helped me correct a major booking error I made quickly and smoothly. What a wonderful get away. I would fully recommend and will be back ASAP to enjoy another treehouse and check out its theming :)

When we found this place, its quirky aesthetic drew our attention. It seemed fun, unusual and we loved the theme. When we arrived, it was far beyond our expectations! Its luxury finishes and intentional decor are fantastic! Sherri is an outstanding host. She's very timely, responsive and kind. We hope to be able to visit again!

First off, the entire property is immaculate. Our room, the Morticia and Gomez room, had the most AMAZING detail! So much, that instead of going out we found ourselves trapped in this fantasy! The walk to the river, the river itself was stunning. On top pf everything, THE HOSTS, answered any and all questions. Would i recommend this place, no because we want it all to ourselves! Fine, fine, fine YES I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

We were pleasantly surprised by the seclusion while so close to all entertainment and restaurants. The place was wonderfully appointed and the bedding was divine, we will be back to check out the other themed treehouses!

Our stay at Morticia and Gomez Treehouse was magical! The attention to detail was on point. All the little extra decor to match the theme was so fun. The bed slept absolutely amazing, was like sleeping on a cloud! The bidet made me want to run right out and buy one and the shower...wow the shower! The surrounding area is just beautiful and at night the fireflies came out and I can't even describe how beautiful it was. Was so nice relaxing in the egg swings under the treehouse and the hot tub. The little extra touches down by the river was so cute!! Loved ever minute of our time here, we will definitely be back! Thank you! *Only thing it needs is a little grill since there isn't a stove. But there are plenty of restaurants around but we didn't want to leave lol

My wife and I loved the layout, deck, and detail to the theme. So many little touches and peaceful quiet made this a great few night stay.

Man, the bed, the linens, the pillows were all outstanding. I am going to buy these for myself! Also WOWZA that toilet. I’ll be asking her where she bought it. This place was so restful and perfectly prepared for lazing about and relaxing. We stayed here for my SIL’s wedding which was all on site and it was a breeze to pop over and take care of wedding related stuff and then pop back over for a nap. Glorious.

10/10 experience ‼️‼️🔥 The themes and decor of each tree house is really nice it’s also quite and secluded while also being 10 mins away from everything. And the bath room is very up to date clean and spa like I will definitely be back and recommend anybody who’s looking for a couples retreat to try this place out

We absolutely loved our experience here! And that’s exactly what you are getting. Top quality linens and pillows , appliances. Extremely clean and comfortable. We are actually locals and have stayed in Sevierville on many occasions as a getaway to relax. And this is by far one of the best places we have ever stayed. We will be back to experience the other tree houses.

This was our second time staying here. Unexpectedly got around 8 inches of snow and it was the most beautiful and relaxing weekend!

Our treehouse was so peaceful and relaxing. The porch was very nice with the hot tub and fireplace. We truly enjoyed our time to be able to reset and relax! we will be booking with her again very soon.

What a wonderful experience for my fiancé and I. We cannot wait to book again! We felt truly immersed in the world of the Addam’s Family while enjoying breathtaking views of the Great Smoky Mountains! This private and easy to find spot allowed us a quiet and relaxing weekend to watch the sunset over a beautiful field, and is located next to several top tier restaurants. We loved the set up; the kitchen and bathroom are state of the art! Thanks again for sharing this spot with us!

Loved staying at Morticia and Gomez! Such a unique place. This was the second time I stayed there. It’s so peaceful being out in the middle of a field, and super convenient being a 5 minute drive from everywhere. Absolutely highly recommend!

I’ve been down to Gatlinburg many times, but this was the first time we’ve made it a point to book a bit of a “staycation” while here. I can’t imagine that we could’ve picked a better place! We stayed in the Morticia and Gomez treehouse, which was brilliantly decorated and soooo luxe! You’ll find practically everything you need and more here. I also deeply appreciated the spaciousness of the property. We had a perfect view of the mountains and sky, and LOVED hanging out in the hot tub on the deck and hanging chairs down below. And even with the spaciousness, we were only minutes from restaurants and businesses when we needed it. I couldn’t think of anything negative to say about this stay whatsoever. I’ve bookmarked this stay as a guaranteed return destination, and I already can’t wait to come back!

My wife loved the theme decor. All the little features really made it special. Everything was great. The only change I would suggest would be to make the hot tub a little more private.

I cant even begin to describe how amazing these cabins are. The location is amazing and quiet but still super close to everything!! We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back in the future!!

This was my first "themed" airbnb and it did not disappoint! The whole experience was phenomenal and we loved all of the little details that went into this place. The decor was on point and well thought out. It was so cute, dark, and moody. The toilet was awesome (bidet with heated seat)... definitely looking into getting one of those, lol. The bed/mattress/comforter/sheets/pillows were absolutely amazing and comfortable---heavenly; I think the best bed I've ever slept on. The shower was very luxurious and I want an identical one at my own house one day. I have already told others to come here and get to experience it themselves. I would love to come back in the future when it's warmer to be able to tube and get in the water but also to stay for more days than we did because we immediately regretted not staying longer. 10/10

We have been staying in the area for years and have never stayed anywhere so clean and comfortable. We loved everything about this place the beautiful view and porch with hot tub and fire pit are 10/10 Oh and the bathroom is like a stay at the ritz !!

This was our second time staying on this property, just in a different Treehouse. The Treehouse was very fun with all the aspects of the Adam’s family you could want! Right down to the doorbell! Our favorite I always the bathroom!! Great shower and Johnny are awesome!! Highly, highly recommend this place!!

This was by far one of the coolest places I’ve ever stayed! The themed spaces are such a fun touch and you could tell the owner had such fun curating each space. I can’t wait to come back 100 times!

Amazing! I will say my absolute favorite was the toilet. I have never had the luxury to sit on a heated thrown before and it hit so much harder when I woke up at 3 AM to use it after a night of wine. My husband and I spent our first Anniversary at the Adams treehouse and it was breathtaking. He and I love the spooky vibes as well as the atmosphere the house had to offer. Take a quick trip down some back roads and you’re right on the strip. Perfect location!

We stayed at the Morticia and Gomez unit for our anniversary. It’s beautifully furnished and decorated; I loved the attention to detail put in to establishing the theme. The facilities were great—nice, spacious bathroom, comfortable interior with AC, and a hot tub on the balcony. Sherri was proactive with providing all of the information we needed for our stay well in advance, and was responsive during check-in. This was a great pick overall, and really conveniently located to Dollywood and other locations we had wanted to check out during our stay. I definitely recommend to other couples looking for a unique air BnB for a romantic getaway.

The place was amazing! It had lots of decorations that were right on theme, the place was in an amazing location. We definitely want to stay in the other places on the site!

Great stay! Everything was even better than expected (except for the load-in and load-out on the road bridge, keep your luggage light fellow traveler! LOL)! Seriously; amazing spot, great host, prime location! Only real issue was as advertised: Kitchenette is essentially just high end hotel level amenities - Coffee Maker, Microwave, "spacious"? Mini-fridge/freezer. Prepare yourselves accordingly, fellow travellers! (also, its essentially close to anything you might need anyway).

Beautiful place and very well thought out decorations, the hot tub and fire pit were very relaxing and it was nice just sitting in the swinging chairs at ground level during a light rain. Really close to stores, fast food and gas stations which was really nice!

We had a wonderful stay, and this one will be on our short list to return to in the future. Each different house has its own theme, and is well curated. If you’re ultra privacy conscious then know that these are in a big field where each house can see the others, but they’re spaced well and noise is not an issue. Traffic noise wasn’t a factor either, and there’s a grocery store 4 minutes away, which is fantastic. There’s no cooktop, so bring something to heat in a microwave and you’re good to go. The bed and sheets were the best we’ve slept on for AirBnB, and the shower is huge. Sherri has definitely made the place about fun and comfort. Highly recommend!

This place was AMAZING! It was so clean and spotless, which is huge to me. The decor was so cute and I was constantly discovering new things. Sherri is a great host and super quick to respond. She takes care to provide every amenity you may need. We can't wait to try out the other treehouses!

We are absolutely in love with this gorgeous treehouse!! The Gomez and Morticia theme was beautifully and tastefully done. We loved all the little details….. I think we spotted something new daily. The bed, linens and pillows were absolutely dreamy to the point that we looked to see the brand so that we can match that kind of glorious comfort at home. Talk about luxurious…… the heated, remote controlled toilet was amazing. The setting and privacy was exactly what we were looking for……. loved everything about this place! Sherri was a lovely host and responded within minutes of messaging her. We will definitely stay here again :)))

This was our first vacation without the kiddos and I'm so pleased with how it turned out. It was very easy to and honestly the pictures didn't do the place justice. It looks so much more alive at night time with the lights and peace and quiet. If I could leave 10 stars I would!

This place was a great experience! Location was private, and the treehouse was so cool! It was obvious that so much time and care was put into the decor. Very modern shower, and water system. View from the hot tub was so relaxing too. Loved staying here, and will definitely stay there or at another one of their treehouses again.

Couldn’t have been a better experience in Sevierville for my gf and I personally. The theme of the treehouse was spot on and the owner has 5 different themed treehouses to choose from! The hot tub was awesome on the cold night we stayed. We went to the Dixie stampede right around the corner. Beautiful river less than 100 yds away on the property with a trail in the pasture to get to it. Will absolutely repeat.

I traveled from Arizona and some of my plans changed so I needed a last minute booking… let me tell you! This was by far the coolest places I’ve ever stayed. I had stayed at a different location two days prior to coming to Sherri’s and I am so upset I didn’t stay at hers the entire time. The details that have been put into this treehouse are top notch. From the decorations to the amenities, to the cleanliness. I will absolutely come back, in fact, I would go as far as planning a trip JUST to stay there again and show others. Also, Sherri was very responsive and friendly, and allowed me to have an early check in and was understanding when my alarm didn’t go off to wake me up and was running a couple Of minutes behind. . Thank you so much Sherri! I can’t wait to come back!!!!

It was creepy and kooky, mysterious and spooky, lol, seriously if you’re looking for an amazing themed, private, country setting with any attraction or food within 20min drive, THIS IS THE PLACE!. From the welcome home feel to the simple instructions, the stay was WONDERFUL, the description was spot on, the view across the field and the walking path down to the river just beautiful, the elevated tree house experience was a 1st for us and so fun! Just honestly can’t say anything more positive than incredible, the theme was spot on all the way down to the Venus fly trap, the hot tub was amazing and 40deg mornings, the gas fireplace so romantic, the HUGE shower with fantastic rainfall head and the surprise of a bidet toilet. This was simply an amazing tranquil romantic stay, the hosts were superb in every aspect, very fast response if we had a question. We WILL be trying the other themes, loved it being “country” style while being with 5min of stores. SIMPLY AMAZING!

This treehouse is AMAZING!! I can't even begin to tell you how much my husband & I loved it!! Beautiful decor, super clean, high end luxury amenities, beautiful grounds, close to great restaurants and minutes from the Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge areas. Romantic back deck with firepit table, rocking chairs, patio set to dine outside, and hot tub! The egg chairs under the treehouse are so comfortable, and great for relaxing. The attention to each detail in the Gomez & Morticia decor is fabulous! Beds, pillows & blankets are SO comfy. The rain shower is awesome! The hosts are very kind, quick to respond when needed and just great over all! This is a 10/10, would definitely recommend, 5 ⭐️ stay!

This was MAGICAL! We had the best experience!! Everything was 5star top notch luxury. The host was so kind and accommodating. There were tons of local spots close to us yet it was secluded. We went here for our 7 year anniversary, it was well worth it and felt very personal and catered to us. Our only regret is we only stayed one night. It was a perfect balance of the Gothic theme and cozy home, and we wouldn't change anything about it. We will definitely be back as soon as we can!

The pictures and description do not do the morticia and Gomez treehouse justice! It is cozy, private and VERY nice!!! I feel that the price I paid is more than fair for the price and I will be renting from her again! Her and her husband respond very fast, they are more than helpful in helping accommodate your checkin time and if you are going to pigeon forge you DO NOT want to skip over this tucked away treehouse!

Place was super clean and super cute. She was very responsive within normally 10 min of a message. In a great location it’s tucked away from all the noise and main road which was super nice and peaceful. But only like 25 minutes from Gatlinburg and 15 from pigeon Forge. The place its self was extremely cool. You walk into it and it just had a very cozy feel to it. the bed was super comfortable. I do recommend bringing your own pillows if you don’t like super soft pillows though. Bathroom was extremely clean which is one of the first things I look at. Shower was nice had a rain fall shower head above. The toilet was super cool, heated seat and the lid and flush was automatic. And the balcony was really cool as well. Nice fire pit and hot tub, which just finished the evening off perfectly. It had a couple wine glasses and coffee glasses. Coffee was fully stocked. Overall it was a great experience and would go back. Bikers. The main road going in to the tree house is all rock big rocks.

This was our favorite romantic getaway ever! ♡ (Though we could possibly be partial as Morticia & Gomez share our initials) Every detail added the charm of the Macabre that fits the Addams so well!! So many, but one of our favorites was the classic doorbell sound from the show! Both Sherri & Scott are attentive and excellent hosts ! Thank you!
