Anastasia & Grey "Treehouse" Hot tub. Riverfront.

Amazing place

We loved every single moment of our stay. The treehouse and property were perfect. We could not have asked for any better. It is located right at everything but is so private. We enjoyed our days relaxing in the river in chairs or on tubes. It is the most peaceful calming place I have ever stayed. If you wanted to go out and do things there was plenty to do very close by. If not you didn’t have to just relaxing on the deck and in hot tub was wonderful! We will definitely be repeat customers!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely incredible stay. 15/10! The Anastasia & Grey Treehouse was easily one of the coolest and most memorable Airbnbs we’ve stayed at. The setting right on the river was absolutely beautiful and made the entire stay feel peaceful and secluded. The river was one of our favorite parts of the entire property. Being able to walk down, put our feet in the water, and sit there and relax was amazing. There’s something about listening to the water, enjoying the scenery, and having nowhere you need to be that makes you completely lose track of time. The treehouse itself was extremely clean, comfortable, and even better than the pictures. You can tell a lot of thought went into the property and the little details. The hot tub overlooking the river was another huge highlight, especially after a day of exploring the area. The location was perfect. You get a peaceful treehouse and riverfront experience while staying close to Sevierville & Pigeon Forge.

My wife and I loved how close it was to local business, but how far away it seemed on the big farm setting. It was very quiet with a great rear landscape to spend the evening overlooking, before going inside for all the indoor fun! We will be returning!

Absolute Magic in the Trees! We absolutely loved everything about our stay at River Place Treehouses in Sevierville! We stayed in the Anastasia and Grey themed treehouse, and it was spectacular. The attention to detail in the theme was incredible, creating a beautifully curated, cozy, and unique atmosphere that made our getaway feel truly special. The treehouse itself was clean, modern, and perfectly blended upscale comfort with a rustic, immersive nature experience. From the peaceful surroundings to the thoughtful touches throughout the property, everything exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for an unforgettable lodging experience in the Smoky Mountains, this is it. We can’t wait to come back!

It was a great place to get away with my wife we will definitely stay again

My husband and I loved the themed cabin! Reminded us of the “Love Motels” in Japan where couples could get away and spend quality time together! We enjoyed walking down to the river and trekking through the river. We seen a wild turkey, a mallard duck, and a blue heron! Linens were super soft. But my favorite thing was the rain shower! Great water pressure and room for 2! Plenty of towels provided. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were all great quality! Hot tub was perfect with a light weight cover (them things can be heavy). The cabins definitely feel secluded from the hustle and bustle of Sevierville but close enough to get to restaurants and shopping in 10-15 minutes! Hope to stay again in the future! ❤️❤️

A wonderful and peaceful escape. While nestled within the city limits, you couldn’t tell unless you wanted too. Super friendly and helpful hosts.

Wonderful place in an excellent location! it's probably just 10 minutes from anything you could want to do in Pigeon Forge, and just a few minutes from Pinchy's restaurant (which everyone should try!!) Just like all the other reviews, I have to give the toilet 2 thumbs up! Everything was clean and the hot tub hit the spot. And of course, the chair is great! I'll be getting one at home, for sure! Thanks for the great stay and much needed relaxation.

It was a really nice getaway place. We loved walking down to the river, enjoying the hot tub and even just hanging/relaxing on the swings below. Host was very informative, responsive and friendly. We saw bald eagles and a turkey while spending 2 days here. Also we loved the toilet, that was a whole experience in itself. 😂😊 We would definitely book again and recommend to friends!

Such an awesome place! The views are amazing, the bed, the toilet with a heated seat, and the waterfall shower head are incredible!! Everything was very clean and exactly what we needed for a weekend away. We’d love to visit again one day and try out a different themed treehouse on the same property! Host was good, and accommodating. Place was pretine and as advised. Offers a lot of amenities. The smart toilet was an outstanding experience that she doesn’t even advertise. Only thing I did not care for was how hard it was to get to the location during traffic.

My wife and I stayed here for a much needed weekend away. Kellie's place was very clean and the amenities were the best I have experienced in an Airbnb. The bed and linens were extremly comfortable and the bathroom was five stars. We will definitely be using her again!

Our stay at the A&G Treehouse was amazing! The location was perfect—just a short drive to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Sevierville, yet tucked away enough to feel private and secluded. The amenities were spot on, and the space itself was clean, relaxing, and so inviting. The bonus amenities were perfect—we’ve actually been considering purchasing some of them for ourselves, and this gave us the chance to try them out without the fear of buyer’s remorse. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. We did have a small issue with the Wi-Fi needing to be reset, but Sherri and Scott were incredibly responsive and helpful, which made all the difference. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this treehouse experience!

I wanted to surprise my husband with something fun and spicy for our 20th anniversary and the Anastasia & Grey treehouse did not disappoint. The view is breathtaking, it’s quiet, private, and peaceful yet still close to plenty of attractions. This trip definitely did not disappoint and would love to come and stay in another treehouse!

We stumbled across this GEM, we absolutely loved our spur of the moment overnight trip! Relaxing and had the best time enjoying the place, and each other! We had a great get away! We will definitely be back in the future!!

We are local residents and wanted a little getaway to relax and unwind. The treehouse was quiet and relaxing. The patio, the swing chairs under the house, the hot tub were all amazing. We will definitely book again and visit one of the other treehouses they offer.

We had such a relaxing weekend at Sherri’s place. Sherri was very friendly and attentive to our messages. Took much comfort in how clean everything was. Can’t decide what was my favorite thing about the stay. The fancy smart toilet, the luxury robes, the waterfall shower, or the clear view of the mountain from the bed. It was the perfect couple weekend getaway.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay! Everything that I requested was provided and she was super responsive! My boyfriend was totally surprised and he enjoyed his birthday surprise! I love the attention to detail and it was worth every penny! He wished that we could have stayed longer and so do I! It was nicer than expected to be honest! I love that we could sing a book and leave a heart token with our initials! I just wish we brought our handcuffs for the St. Andrew’s Cross but next time we know haha! The views, privacy, cleanliness, heated toilet seat, rainfall shower head…. I mean just everything was amazing! 10/10 would definitely stay here again. We might try out the titanic treehouse next!
